GRoW invite you to view a range of handcrafted furniture and gifts made from recycled church pews
Friday 11th June, 5pm – 8pm, The Lot, 4-6 Grassmarket, Edinburgh

A small social firm, GRoW take discarded church furniture and either refurbish it or make it into beautiful new handcrafted wooden products… the craftsmen and women volunteer on a drop in basis with GRoW and have often experienced homelessness, mental health or addiction issues. They are supported by skilled craftsmen to develop new skills and build confidence and self esteem.

GRoW are holding a display of their work this Friday 11th June at The Lot in the Grassmarket from 5pm until 8pm and it would be great if you come along to have a look at the work and find out more about the project.

Do you have a space in your house that is just crying out for a beautiful refurbished pew?
Maybe you want to commission a fabulous bit of furniture out of reclaimed wood
Does your organisation give awards and plaques that could be made out of wood?

…or you might like a wee gift (even for yourself) such as a candleholders, wooden turned pens and bowls.

Would be lovely to see you there!

Do you still have church pews for sale?

I’m afraid we don’t sell the pews! It was just an auction we helped to promote.
