Carbon Conversations – Facilitator Training May 2012 in Glasgow
written by Joseph Farthing on April 24, 2012
Carbon Conversations has now had over 1200 participants across the UK, over 500 of those in Scotland, with average immediate savings of over 1 tonne per person. You will have some facilitation experience, be passionate about facilitating change in your community, and recognise the benefits of doing so through a values and emotions-based course.
This two-day training for facilitators is being held to support community groups across Scotland who wish to begin their own Carbon Conversations groups. Pam McLean and Jean Langhorne are offering this course and are very experienced facilitators and environmentalists. They are Designated Trainers for facilitators of Carbon Conversations and have facilitated several Carbon Conversations groups between them.
