written by Justina on February 28, 2012The establishment of a Transition Society will be discussed in a gathering on 9th of March.
As you may or may not know there was a move last April to set up a Transition Society at the University of Edinburgh.
At this stage some ten months later, the paper work to set up a society has not been completed and it has been suggested the need for a society should be reviewed and it should be determined how to move forward.
If you are interested in participating in the discussion about (or even better – help with) establishing a Transition Society, please come along to the gathering!
The gathering will be at the Nile Café on Friday 9th March at 4pm, and a buffet dinner will be provided. Please express your interest by e-mailing Justina (justina@teu.org.uk), for catering purposes.
Suggested agenda is:
- outline of money in account
- suggested options for moving forward
- vote on options
- agree actions and dates to move forward
For more information please e-mail justina@teu.org.uk.
Everyone is welcome!
