Carbon Conversations –Facilitator Training 26-27 January 2012
written by Joseph Farthing on January 23, 2012
Carbon Conversations has now had over 1000 participants across the UK, over 300 of those in Scotland, with average immediate savings of over 1 tonne per person. You will have some facilitation experience, be passionate about facilitating change in your community, and recognise the benefits of doing so through a values and emotions-based course.
This two-day training for facilitators is being held to support community groups across Scotland who wish to begin their own Carbon Conversations groups. Astrid Horward and Pam McLean are offering this course and are very experienced facilitators and environmentalists. They are Designated Trainers for facilitators of Carbon Conversations and have facilitated several Carbon Conversations groups between them.
