Please complete this survey to receive an estimate of your carbon footprint. This will help us establish the total carbon footprint of all students and staff at the University.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw worth £100 in vouchers!
What we want to know
- Please tell us about your activities last year – January to December 2009
- If you haven’t been here a full year, please roughly estimate your consumption in a typical year
- If you live in Accommodation Services residences, we shall provide your energy footprint from meter readings. Otherwise, please gather electricity and / or gas bills to estimate fuel usage in the home. Divide these by number of people in your home
- At the end of the survey, we will provide you with your own personal carbon footprint and how it compares to other students and staff
- By completing this survey you consent to the use of information given. Responses will be analysed and a report published but no personal information will be revealed. Only members of the survey team analysing data will access the information.
