Energy advice that fits into your working day

Busy family lives and living out of town are some of the reasons why a Home Visit might not be the most convenient way for you to take advantage of the advice and support offered by the Big Green Makeover project.

To get round this, we host Energy Saving Advice Clinics in work and study spaces across the University to give you tailored advice for saving energy and making your home more sustainable.

Advice Clinics are hosted in various communal areas around campus at lunchtimes – 12.00-2.00pm - unless otherwise stated. You can either book an appointment or drop-in.

Upcoming Advice Clinics
There are currently no more Advice Clinics scheduled for this semester. If you would like to arrange an Advice Clinic in your building, please contact us on bgm@teu.org.uk.

Further information

How do they work?
You can see a trained adviser by either dropping in or making an appointment at an advice clinic near you. We have a number of materials and tools that we can use to help you see where savings could be made, or we can just answer specific questions you might have. We’re also keen to learn about what staff and students are already doing, so that we can share this with others as part of our work.

Want to arrange an Advice Clinic near you?
We work with a staff or student champion to arrange an Advice Clinic in their school / building and are currently looking for more champions to help us take Advice Clinics across the University. If you’d be interested in helping us organise one where you work or study, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on bgm@teu.org.uk.
