Introducing the Carbon Conversations Voluntary Network
The Carbon Conversations programme at the University of Edinburgh is now an entirely volunteer-run programme. In the past two years we have trained more than 70 voluntary facilitators in Edinburgh and across Scotland. At the University alone we have run 22 groups; and had more than 240 staff and students participate in the course. Now that the Climate Challenge Fund support has come to an end we have formed the Carbon Conversations Voluntary Network to continue running groups in communities across Scotland.
Carbon Conversations at The University
The Sustainability Office now supports the running of Carbon Conversations groups within the University of Edinburgh as part of their Climate Action Plan. Register your interest below or contact carbonconversations@teu.org.uk to find out more.
Carbon Conversations in Edinburgh
Edinburgh has lots of trained, enthusiastic facilitators. If you are interested in taking part in a group – or bringing one to your community – then the Voluntary Network will endeavour to match you up with facilitators in your area. Please contact us using the form below, or contact carbonconversations@teu.org.uk to talk more about arranging a course.
